Sorry to hear about the letter opposing your application for an alcohol licence for 72 Walmgate.  However it may be prudent to point out the following.

You are not the new owner of the property but the new tenant which has taken over, and paid for, an existing business which traded into the evening.

Also, your premises are not connected to 70 Walmgate as my office is in between so this shouldn’t cause any noise issues.
